NAO Tandem™ Combustion Units provide high combustion efficiency firing either gas or oil.  They require a minimum of furnace draft and low excess air, while providing low NOx levels due to the premixed air and cool gas flames.  The Tandem™  Units can also be provide with oil firing as a backup fuel.  The NOx level for oil firing can be reduced by means of NAO's recirculating primary burner refractory block.
